The American Depository Receipts department of BONY needed a video produced for an international audience, namely existing and potential new clients, to introduce their state of the art call center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Clock Wise Productions developed a script for the video, cast call center representatives and managers for the video and created an animated logo for BONY. For testimonials on the call center’s ability to handle complex requests and situations we flew to London to interview several long-time clients.
