Town Hall Meeting: Annual Fundraiser
Speaker: Former President Bill Clinton
October 2005, ten days before their annual fundraiser, Generation Engage, a non-for profit company, contacted us to help with their simul-web-cast, done via i-chat to and from three locations. The main location in New York was at the Polo Ralph Lauren store and featured former President Bill Clinton as speaker. The obstacles where formidable in that we had precious little time to make the store and the remote locations broadband ready and we where racing against the clock not only to organize a high-end 90 Minute event, but also to handle details with vendors who donated their time and product as well as non-production volunteers in the two remote locations. In the end we pulled it off and the client did send us the nicest thank you e-mail we've ever gotten. Since we have produced four more iChats for the client.
